Pizza Crust

2 3/4 - 3 1/4 C Flour
1 pkg Yeast
1/4 t Salt
1 C Warm water
2 T cooking oil

Directions:

Mix 1 ¼ C flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and oil. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Add remaining flour (1 ½ C). Mix with dough hook for 10 minutes. Shape and bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes
