Buttermilk Waffles

1 stick of butter, melted
1 3/4 C Flour
1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 t Vanilla
1 t Baking soda
2 t Baking powder
1/2 t Cinnamon
4 Egg (whites only)
1 1/2 C Buttermilk

Directions:
Keep egg whites separate and beat into stiff peaks. Combine remaining ingredients. Fold in the egg white. Cook in waffle iron.
