Hot Fudge Sauce

2 C White Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C cocoa (Hersey's)
1/2 t Salt
4 T Flour
1/4 C Butter
1 1/2 C Water
1/2 t Vanilla (added later)

Directions:
In a saucepan, mix dry ingredients. Add butter and water. Bring to a boil, and continue boiling for 10 minutes, or slightly longer. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve over ice cream. Serves 12
